Every time you spend a pound you are rewarded with between 1-5 points (products carry different points) You can build these points up for as long as you want (points never expire)
When spending points:
100 points = £1 off any purchase instore or in our restaurant
1000 points = £10 off any purchase instore or in our restaurant
Note: Reward cards are for instore use only and can not be used online
Terms and Conditions
By participating in our reward card scheme, we will collect and use information about your account. This information includes your registration details, information about the use of your reward card, shopping purchases and other information that you give us. Your information may be analysed to see how you use the reward card scheme, to understand your shopping behaviour and if requested to send you information and offers for the products or services which are most likely to interest you. All our marketing media will have unsubscribe options if you wish to stop receiving them. We promise to never share your details with any other companies, and it is only stored on our secure servers on site. If you wish to be removed from our loyalty scheme, we will remove all personal information from our servers. Woodlands Garden Centre reserve the right to close customers accounts whom we fill are misusing there reward cards. In most circumstances points are not earned on gift vouchers, delivery charges, fuel, discounted lines, special order items, garden buildings, greenhouses and sale promotion items. Points are at the companies’ discretion, and fluctuate depending on your points tier and the product department.
Adding points from old receipts
We will manually add points if you have a receipt which is no more than 6 weeks old and points have not already been added. A valid receipt must be shown, and these points are at the companies' discretion.
All products in store carry different points. Some items carry 5 points and others may carry 1.
