Faulty Items
If a product purchased is faulty the customer will be
offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a
full refund will be offered. Faulty items must be
returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
Exchanges
We want to ensure that your purchases exceed your
expectations. If for any reason your are not completely
satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it within
30 days of purchase provided items are in their original
packaging, in a saleable condition and a receipt of
purchase is shown. This will not affect your statutory
rights.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given on items returned with a
valid receipt within 30 days of purchase provided items
are in their original packaging and in a saleable
condition. A credit note will be given for items outside
of the 30 days. If the items were purchased on a card
the refund will be put back onto the same card. This
will not affect your statutory rights.
