What are my delivery options?

Your delivery options will be confirmed at checkout and with your order confirmation email.

Local Delivery: Your delivery date can be selected at the checkout. We offer kerb side delivery only, our drivers are not able to carry your items long distances.

Can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from us with tracking information.

How fast is delivery?

National delivery orders are dispatched within one working day. Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
Local delivery orders will be delivered on the day you select at checkout.

Who will deliver my order?

We use different couriers depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Most orders will be delivered by Royal Mail, Evri or Parcelforce. Furniture or large items will be delivered using a kerbside pallet delivery service. Local delivery items are delivered using our own vehicles and drivers.

What do I do if I want to return an item?

If you return your items within 28 days of delivery you can receive a full refund in accordance with our refunds policy. We will refund any money received using the same method used when you originally purchased the items. Please make sure that you include the sales order or invoice with your return. When returning items to us, please ensure that all original packaging, instructions, tags etc are included as supplied to you. The items need to be returned in an unused original sellable condition.

Is there a minimum spend?

There is no minimum spend for click and collect items, local delivery has a £50 minimum spend.

How does click and collect work?

Once we have processed your order you will receive a ‘ready to collect’ email and text message. When this is received you can make your way to us, park in our click and collect bay and ring the bell. We will then bring the items to you.

Please don’t come into store until you have received your ‘ready to collect’ email or text.

Woodlands Garden Centre is a well-established large family run Garden Centre that was established in 1969. We are located near Sevenoaks in Kent along Ash Lane just off the A20 between Wrotham and West Kingsdown. Gardeners of all ages and experience are welcome to visit and talk to our friendly, knowledgeable staff, whether you have a specific need or just wish to browse. We have a large selection of garden related products available to buy in store or online. We are fast becoming one of Kent’s top garden centres.
