Click and Collect

Placing your order

Add your items to the cart, at checkout make sure you select click and collect, and pay for your order.
Once we have received and processed the order we will then send you an email and/or text message to let you know its ready to collect. Please do not come into store until you have received this message.
Orders are normally ready within 1 working hour*
Your order can be collected 7 days a week, Mon-Sat: 9am to 5:30pm. Sun: 10am to 4:30pm.
We will hold all orders for a maximum of 2 weeks. If a collection is not made within 2 weeks, we will contact you to arrange a refund.

Collecting your order

When you arrive in the car park please park in a click and collect bay, press the bell or click the link in your text message, then a member of staff will ask for your surname and order reference.

We will then bring your order to the car.

Local Delivery

Placing your order

If you are local to us you will benefit from our local delivery service.
To do this add your items to the cart, at checkout make sure you select ‘local delivery’, you can then select a delivery day. Once you have paid you will receive an order confirmation email, and text message (if a mobile has been entered).
Please note: Our delivery drivers are not able to carry your items upstairs, through alleyways or long distances
