Click and Collect is available for all customers on all in stock items. Add the item to your basket, checkout then collect in store.
Only come into store when you receive your ready to collect email or text message.
Orders are normally ready within 1 working hour*

We will hold all orders for a maximum of 2 weeks. If a collection is not made within 2 weeks, we will contact you to arrange a refund.

• All deliveries are strictly kerbside only.

We are pleased to offer a local delivery service which we hope you find both efficient and convenient. Whilst we always try to cooperate with customers requests, unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee to deliver on specific days or at specific times. We respectfully draw your attention to the following terms and conditions:

• All deliveries are sent with 1 person only. Unless a 2 man delivery has been paid for. 
• For Health and Safety reasons our drivers are restricted to kerbside deliveries only. 
• Our drivers will do their upmost to deliver to the requested location, but the drivers decision as to the safe operation of the vehicle is final. 
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is suitable safe access for the items to be delivered. This area should be no more than 10 meters from the public road. 
• Our drivers are not expected to carry heavy items into back gardens or through houses. 
• If a suitable and safe area is not provided and our driver is unable to deliver the goods they will return the load to the garden centre and the customer will be charged for any subsequent delivery at cost. 
• Woodlands Garden Centre Ltd do not accept any responsibility for damage that may occur to property or any tangible goods inside or out of the customers property. 
• Any dates or times quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and Woodlands Garden Centre Limited shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.
