Delivery and Collection Terms

Local delivery – We offer a kerb side delivery, our drivers are unable to take your items long distances. If you are unable to carry heavy items, please make sure someone is there to assist.

National Delivery – delivery times are estimates, when using couriers we can not guarantee these delivery times. Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us.

Click and Collect – please wait for your ‘ready to collect’ email or text message before coming into store. This can take up to 6 working hours. But its normally ready in 1 working hour.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods, in original packaging to us with a copy of the receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you a full refund. Items outside of the 14 days but within 28 days will be offered an exchange or credit note.
This does not affect your legal right, including your right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty.
Refunds are given at the discretion of the company.

Refunds will not be given on:
Sale items, turf, perishable goods (including food), bedding plants, special order items, garden machinery, face masks or clothing.

Please note: We do not allow returns or refunds between Christmas and New Year.
This does not affect your legal right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty.

Sale items are non refundable.
Unused sale items returned within 14 days are eligible for an exchange or credit only. This does not affect your statutory rights.
