Can I track my delivery?
Gift vouchers are normally sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post. But depending on order value you will be able to track your order, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
How fast is delivery?
National delivery orders are dispatched within one working day. Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
Who will deliver my order?
We use different couriers depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Most orders will be delivered by Royal Mail, Evri or Parcelforce. Furniture or large items will be delivered using a kerbside pallet delivery service.
What do I do if I want to return an item?
If you return your items within 28 days of delivery you can receive a full refund in accordance with our refunds policy. We will refund any money received using the same method used when you originally purchased the items. Please make sure that you include the sales order or invoice with your return. When returning items to us, please ensure that all original packaging, instructions, tags etc are included as supplied to you. The items need to be returned in an unused original sellable condition. We recommend using a recorded/insured service to return your order. We ar enot responsible for items lost when retuning them to us.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is no minimum spend for national delivery or click and collect items.
How does click and collect work?
Once we have processed your order you will receive a ‘ready to collect’ email and text message. When this is received you can make your way to us, park in our click and collect bay and ring the bell. We will then bring the items to you.
Please don’t come into store until you have received your ‘ready to collect’ email or text.

We are located near Sevenoaks in Kent along Ash Lane just off the A20 between Wrotham and West Kingsdown. Gardeners of all ages and experience are welcome to visit and talk to our friendly, knowledgeable staff, whether you have a specific need or just wish to browse. We have a large selection of garden related products available to buy in store or online. We are fast becoming one of Kent’s top garden centres.

Bought 1 in summer from you exactly the same & this one isn’t as good a quality , it’s not as heavy there are no breathable side vents & not the same amount of ties to hold down when windy , not sure if this is old stock or the other one was ( but much prefer the other ) both bramblecrest double cocoon (disappointed ) .

Perfect cover for the Chedworth Cocoon. Great quality and will last years. I thought it would be silly to scrimp on the cover when in the past i have brought cheaper ones, but they never last and look shabby. Easy to throw over and quick delivery. I have seen them online more expensive in various places, so this confirms my trust in Woodlands to be fair with the price. Highly recommend
